Strategies of bombing power plants from four to twelve minutes. Apparently Russians are disconnecting the power to Ukraine from Zaporozhye power plant and connecting to Crimea. The idea May Beto make that power plant useless and also create nuclear buffer area. But there are also some other nuclear power plants in western Ukraine and it seems to be beginning of a dangerous game of threats, bluffs and counter bluffs.
